Student Aliza Shvarts' Herself, Tapes Miscarriages...For Art.

Warning: The following article is incredibly disturbing. I think it is important because it shows the logical breakdown of morality and abortion...

Beginning next Tuesday, Shvarts will be displaying her senior art project, a documentation of a nine-month process during which she artificially inseminated herself "as often as possible" while periodically taking abortifacient drugs to induce miscarriages. Her exhibition will feature video recordings of these forced miscarriages as well as preserved collections of the blood from the process....

The display of Aliza Shvarts' project will feature a large cube suspended from the ceiling of a room in the gallery of Green Hall. Shvarts will wrap hundreds of feet of plastic sheeting around this cube; lined between layers of the sheeting will be the blood from Shvarts' self-induced miscarriages mixed with Vaseline in order to prevent the blood from drying and to extend the blood throughout the plastic sheeting.

Aliza Shvarts will then project recorded videos onto the four sides of the cube. These videos, captured on a VHS camcorder, will show her experiencing miscarriages in her bathrooom tub, she said. Similar videos will be projected onto the walls of the room.

Well the only question I could possibly ask is "Did that offend you?"

Of course it does. But it shouldn't.

If abortion is morally acceptable then who cares what she does with her own body and abortion pills. Why is this disturbing? While I am at it how come the Discovery Health Channel does not air abortion procedures and stories? Shouldn't they be aired as often as Gastric Bypass procedures?

It's disturbing because we know it is abhorrent to kill babies. It's absurd.

If Abortion is morally OK then why do these photo's make you sick?

Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you came to birth I consecrated you; I have appointed you as prophet to the nations.’ (Jeremiah 1:4–6)

If you saw pictures of someone who was killed by lethal injection or electric chair, I am sure those picture wouldn't make you feel warm & fuzzy. If you saw pictures of animals who had just been stuck, electrocuted , or their throats slit for the meat most of the world consumes everyday, I am sure you wouldn't feel much better. These things are all "ethical" in society. Even if it IS against the Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Hindu, or any type of religion, it is not your right to tell someone what they are doing is wrong. That is God's job, according to those religions. Only God has the ability to judge & you are not the religion police, even if you were, these people do not have to abide by these rules set forth by religion. I guess you might argue about criminals and if they are not off the streets they are there to kill again. But, that embryo is part of a woman's body, it is not a separate entity and they are committing a crime against themselves if any crime at all. Also, these women are aborting their embryos for a reason, they probably can not afford a life or the prenatal care that is essential to a healthy child. How many babies are found dead in dumpsters each year? That child could have been terminated as an embryo, feeling no pain or suffering and not given a glimmer of hope before they could realize it. Instead, because of laws put upon them or pressure from families, they did not abort the embryo, instead they allowed that baby to develop and have some sort of hope of living a life. I think women know what they are doing when they choose not to have a baby.

You do understand that every comparison you just made required that a life be killed. I don;t see how animals even come close to a good example, we are talking about human life, not the death of Cows...

How do you know that babies do not feel pain in the womb or out. This i a wonderfully bold judgement. Have you ripped apart the arms of an infant and a embryo to see if they both cringe or not.

Maybe you should that way we will know for sure.

Also I want to suggest that weather someone in the womb feel pain at death or not. The question is it right? What if I killed a baby while he was asleep by lethally injecting him. He did not feel pain...Is that OK?

Did anna just compare unborn innocent children to convicted murderers sentenced to death? WOW

Mom to unborn Suzie: I can't afford for you to live, so I'm going to let the docters kill you.

unborn Suzie: Mom, what have I done wrong? I'm sure a local church would help feed us if you asked.

Fact: aborted babies face a much more mutilating death than even our worst criminals.

unborn Suzie: why?
